Paid Time Off (PTO)

• 2 weeks (10 business days) of paid time off per calendar year
• PTO does not carry over to the next year
• Local holidays are observed based on the employee’s country of residence and are separate from PTO
• Total time off, including PTO, local holidays, and the year-end break, is capped at 25 days per year

Notice Requirements

• For 3 or more days, provide at least 4 weeks’ notice to [email protected]
• For shorter requests, provide 1 week’s notice to [email protected]

Company-wide PTO

We observes a break at the end of the year for Christmas and New Years (typically December 25 – January 1). This time off does not count toward PTO.
